Tea, Cakes and Kindness: Fundraiser success in Ellesmere

It was a wonderful day at Ellesmere’s “Tea and Cakes in the Garden” event, where dozens
of visitors flocked to Pam’s beautiful garden to support Feed the Birds.
Guests enjoyed homemade cakes and tea while browsing a charming selection of plants,
jams, chutneys, aprons, tea towels and artworks, all sold to raise vital funds for the charity.
The afternoon was filled with warmth and community spirit, reflecting the charity’s mission to
bring people together through simple, meaningful connections.
Special thanks were given to Pam for opening her garden, Hannah for organising the event,
Robin for welcoming guests at the door, and all the dedicated helpers and tea pourers who
made the day such a success.
