Feed the Birds receives £900 community grant from Shrewsbury Town Council

Feed the Birds has received a generous £900 grant from Shrewsbury Town Council through
its Community Grants Scheme, helping to support the charity’s vital work tackling loneliness
and isolation across the area.
The funding will help Feed the Birds continue its mission of connecting volunteers with
people who benefit from regular visits and shared moments feeding and watching birds,
simple acts that make a big difference to wellbeing and community connection.
The charity expressed heartfelt thanks to Shrewsbury Town Council for their support,
acknowledging that without grant funding and donations, their work wouldn’t be possible.
